Ten Garbage Cans Placed Within Fifty Meters

Garbage cans line up near Kaiyuan Shopping Mall on April 27, 2015 in Xi'an, Shaanxi province of China. It was amazing that ten garbage cans were laid within fifty meters and reported from the Environmental Management of Xi'an's Beilin District that these garbage cans were put by a company who produced sanitation facilities. The management workers said that even there being so many garbage cans here, they could release much garbages in populated regions and they wouldn't remove them.
