Somebody put Japanese porn up on a huge Videotron billboard at a major Jakarta intersection

Somebody put Japanese porn up on a huge Videotron billboard at a major Jakarta intersection

The large LED video screen billboard (often referred to as a Videotron) at a major intersection in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta (along the Antasari flyover and right in front of the South Jakarta Mayor’s office!) briefly showed a very explicit pornographic film (believed to be Japanese from the title still visible in the browser tab at the top of the screen) for some time this afternoon.
The head of public relations for South Jakarta, Ady Wiryono Lestari, said electricity was cut from the billboard at 2:45 pm in order to prevent any more innocent eyes from seeing the blue film.
"We received the report and we immediately severed the electricity to there," Lestari told Kompas.
However, Lestari said he did not know who might have been responsible for airing the pornographic content.

"[Videotrons of that size] are overseen by the Jakarta Tax Department, not the city. Third party content providers manage content as licensed by the tax authorities," he said.
Police said they are also investigating the possibility that the billboard was somehow hacked.
